Initial Herbal Consultation + 3 monthly check-ins

For the initial consultation, we will take a deep dive on past health history, current health situation, health goals, desires, and establish a cadence of working with each other.

After we have established a protocol that works for you, we will have 3 monthly check-ins, starting from the date you start your custom regimen.

Once you confirm your booking, I will reach out via email to schedule your first appointment!

What’s included:

  • Custom herbal protocol specific to you and your health needs (emailed w/in 5 days of first call)

  • 20 minute follow-up call to review your custom plan and ask any questions (optional)

  • 3 additional monthly check-ins, starting 1 month after you start your custom plan

  • 24/7 direct access via WhatsApp for any questions and updates during the time we work together :)

Please note: The consultation fee does not include the cost of any herbs or supplements that may be recommended as part of your personalized herbal protocol. Depending on your unique needs and what I currently have in stock, you may be asked to purchase certain tinctures or products from an outside supplier. When I am able to provide herbs or custom formulations directly, I offer them at cost, never marked up. You can expect an additional monthly cost of approximately $50–$70 for herbal supplements. This amount can vary depending on your unique needs, but I provide this range to help you plan accordingly.
